The INTENSE PLAYER DEVELOPMENT training session is open to  field hockey players regardless of their performance level OR position.  The curriculum is designed to build a strong foundation of basic skills and to challenge each player to improve at varsity speed. 

EACH session will include:   mastering basic skills, introduction of advanced technical challenges, small game play and live goalkeeper action.

Solid skills are the foundation for success and confidence. 

 

   

JGH staff will include current and former collegiate athletes.

ALL FIELD PLAYERS MUST SUPPLY:  Field Hockey Stick, Shin guards,

Mouth Guard, Water, Turf Shoes or Sneakers
