The  YOUTH SKILL DEVELOPMENT session is open to ALL field hockey players in grades 3-7 regardless of their performance level or position.  The curriculum is designed to focus on PROPER TECHNIQUE  in a challenging but fun atmosphere. Each player will receive tons of repetitions under the watchful eye of successful and experienced coaches.  

Training will include: stick skills, passing, receiving, sweeps, eliminating defenders with 1v1, 2v1; 3v2.

Players will be grouped based on grade & skill level

ALL FIELD PLAYERS MUST SUPPLY: 

Field Hockey Stick, Shin guards,

Mouth Guard, Water, Turf Shoes, Cleats, or Sneakers
